Earlier today I received a group email from AccountingWeb announcing that tomorrow – Budget Day – there will be a live ‘budget lecture. ‘ Sounds great apart from the fact they want £60 a head for the pleasure. Last year I ran Cover-it-Live on the Budget . For free. Experts from BDO, KPMG and PwC came in. There was some terrific analysis. I offered the #budget09 hashtag that at one point was drawing close to 500 Tweets a minute. I initially thought that I’d kick off coverage around 1pm. Charlie Rangel Ethics Violations/Ch...Charlie Rangel is the man who many members of Congress voted not to remove as Ways and Means Committee Chairman on October 7, 2009, Including 6 Republicans. Each party is equally responsible for the condition of our congress. Rangel refuses to pay taxes, commits fraud to retain "rent control" apartments for office space, and then acts as if he has done no wrong. What is shocking is that if he continues to run for reelection he is slated to win, WTF is wrong with New Yorkers? The New York State Congressional Delegation has stated, they do not see any wrong doing by Charlie Rangel and they fully back Rangel. The entire NY delegation should be voted out of office for this.
House Panel Charges NY Rep. Rangel...Rangel should spend the rest of his behind bars with a whole lot of others in there..........
